Ours is a unique and indispensable passion. You will be able to taste all the naturalness and goodness of the ingredients and classic recipes reworked by the innovation and culinary passion of the young chef Matteo Mucci.

In a perfect combination of tradition and creativity we want to inaugurate a new gastronomic season in Maremma Tuscany, a new true garrison of taste. Each meat or fish dish is paired with one of the typical wines from the rich wine production of neighboring companies in the area, in a very wide selection of wines.

Upon request, choice of vegan or celiac menus. In any case, specify your needs and we will find you a vast selection of dishes rich in vegetables or gluten-free, without sacrificing taste and variety.

From October 2024 the chef gives us the new Autumn Winter 2025 Season Menu. If you already liked the Rivagiotti Poggio Cavallo, you will have other surprises.
