Guided tours on the Ombrone river, an unusual way to enjoy the nature of Maremma.

The canoe landing is a few kilometres away, in Alberese on the Ombrone River. It is from this location in the Maremma Natural Park that the tours launch on non-capsizeable rudder-equipped canoes. No special equipment is required, all you need to bring is comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities and you can also request additional flotation devices.

Tours start at 9:30 a.m. and at 4.30 p.m. in the summer period. Different schedules can be agreed for groups to suit participants’ needs. Tours typically run 2 to 2 1/2 hours and are available all year round. An unusual way to enjoy the nature of Maremma.
