You can taste all the naturalness and goodness of the ingredients, classic recipes of Tuscan cuisine reworked by the innovation and culinary passion of Chef Pasquale Iuorio. In a perfect combination of tradition and creativity we want to inaugurate a new gastronomic season in Maremma, a new season of taste in Tuscany.

Each meat or fish dish is paired with one of the typical wines of the rich wine production of the neighboring companies in the area, in a wide selection of wines.

Upon request, choice of vegan or celiac menus. When booking, specify your needs and we will let you find a wide selection of dishes rich in vegetables or gluten-free, without sacrificing taste and variety.
